Dan credits what success he may have enjoyed to an important faith, a one-of-a-kind wife, and great mentors and friendships with coworkers along the way.
Few people are “born into” the real estate business and Dan is no different. He approaches his work, currently as EVP of Franchise Sales and Strategic Growth for RE/MAX INTEGRA North America with lessons from his varied background. Dan has worked in wide-ranging industries — commodity chemicals, medical device, consulting, homebuilding, and franchising. Each of these, along with personal disciplines and interests (drumming, running, skiing, sailing, and CrossFit), have prepared him to work with a variety of individuals and companies. Working over the years in 78 countries, Dan has enjoyed being a salesperson, manager, solo consultant, a company head as well as a functional leader with laser focus on a particular mission.
A common thread for Dan has been the identification and coaching of top performers to release them to their full potential. His favorite compliment is “Dan helped me to be better.”
