Course Description: Learn how an award winning agent gets 80% of their business from open houses!

This course is a practical guide on how to hook buyers at your open house. You’ll be given a step by step guide on how to set up your open house to win buyers over and what necessary marketing tools you should have on hand.

Course Description: Got leads? Now what? Whether you are generating online or offline leads, you need to have some key strategies in place to transition them into transactions.
Today’s consumer expects instant response and will most likely choose the real estate professional that answers their inquiry the fastest and doesn’t use “high pressure” tactics to get their business. In this session, we will explore new ways to respond, follow up, and stay in touch with your database. As our primary portal for remax.com leads, this robust platform has many useful tools for your business including: CRM and full contact management, drip campaigns, home seller reports, lead aggregation, listing management, and so much more!

Marketing Must Haves for Realtors®

Course Description: In this jam-packed class, you’ll be taught the must have parts of goal setting, action and business planning and how to stand out in a listing presentation. New opportunities are waiting as we discuss how to turn FSBO’s and Expired’s into clients and help those in transition from one life phase to another.

The RE/MAX Marketing tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) drip campaigns will be shown with ideas on how to best use them. You’ll receive proven templates to follow and learn how to gain a competitive edge.

Staging Solo – Practical Help on How to Get Your Listing Ready for the Market

Course Description: In today’s real estate world staging is necessary; clients expect it.  It can be expensive especially for new agents or agents working on their own.  This is a practical guide on how to prepare your listing for sale and to sell your listing for top dollar and in a short span of time. Get your listing showcase ready.

Step Up Your Social Media Marketing

Course Description: Social media works when you stay top of mind with clients and consumers.  This class will take you beyond why you need social media – focusing instead on what you should be doing with social media to grow your real estate business.  You will learn about social media advertising basics, content for social media posts, using video to maximize exposure and engagement, and reviewing what your peers have posted as examples of successful social media usage.

A summary checklist of how they should choose a social media platform, what they can do to get started, support links and 3 homework items to get them started with advertising, video and 1 specific marketing piece.
