As EVP & Regional Director of RE/MAX INTEGRA Ontario-Atlantic Canada, Christopher Alexander is responsible for all areas of day-to-day operations including franchise management, membership services, training and development, marketing, advertising, promotions, and finance. Coming from a long line of family members in real estate, Christopher is no stranger to the industry. Beginning his career as a Sales Representative at RE/MAX Professionals Inc. in 2010, he then joined the Regional Office as a Franchise Sales Consultant in 2014 and became Regional Director towards the end of 2016. His past experience and knowledge of the industry help him provide valuable insight and leadership throughout the many aspects of his role as Regional Director.

Elton grew up in Saskatchewan on the family farm. He was licensed as a REALTOR® in Saskatoon in March 1981. Despite horrendous market conditions at that time he quickly became successful and joined RE/MAX as a sales associate in February 1984. Always in the Top 5 of the city he then purchased a RE/MAX franchise in 1990 and moved to Penticton, BC. The office was struggling at the time with 3 sales associates. Elton built it up to 24 sales associates with a branch office in Princeton and became the #1 market share office in Penticton.
Selling the office in October 1994, Elton started as a Management Consultant with the Franchisor, RE/MAX of Western Canada, headquartered in Kelowna, BC.
From 1999 to 2002 Elton was Director – RE/MAX Commercial, RE/MAX International, working out of Denver, CO. In this capacity he was responsible for RE/MAX Commercial franchise and membership growth in North America, reporting directly to the Chairman and Co-Founder Dave Liniger.
In August of 2000, he was promoted to Vice President, Regional Director, RE/MAX Western Canada. Now as the Regional Executive Vice President, Elton has been responsible for the growth from 3800 sales associates in 2000 to nearly 7,000 today, with franchise office growth from 208 to 280.
Outside of real estate Elton and his wife Jayne (36 years) have 4 daughters with 3 grandchildren. He is an active curler and sailor. He is highly involved with the Kelowna Yacht Club as a Past Commodore.

Leigh Brown is a successful Realtor, forward-thinking CEO, creative author, honest coach, and kickin’ keynote speaker. Since 1987, Fiona’s career path has firmly rooted in all aspects of the real estate industry. She began her career as a top performing RE/MAX Agent in Toronto. After moving to the US in the mid 90’s to pursue master’s studies, she later went on to hold executive level positions with Bamboo.com, Homes.com and Beazley Company Realtors.
In January of 2006, Fiona accepted the position of Director of Business Development at RE/MAX of New England. In 2 1⁄2 years, her team merged over 29 RE/MAX offices saving many hundreds of productive agents. In August of 2008, Fiona was promoted to Director of Regional Operations for RE/MAX INTEGRA of New England, heading up both the Franchise Development and Franchise Sales Teams. In a market with significant downward pressure, the mergers continued and yet contrary to market conditions within 12 months franchise sales increased 250%. In 2009 & 10, New England was #2 in Franchise Sales in North America and Fiona was honored as being in both these years the #1 Franchise Sales Consultant in North America. Her sales included start-up operations, expansions, assisting established companies in rebranding to RE/MAX and mergers and acquisitions of all sizes. Walter Schneider is President and Co-founder of the RE/MAX INTEGRA Group of Companies.
In 1980, alongside his business partner Frank Polzler, Chairman and Co-Founder, Schneider acquired the Eastern Canadian rights to RE/MAX, establishing both the brand and their head office in Mississauga, where it currently resides. In the following years he and his partner continued to acquire the rights to multiple regions throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
Today Walter and Frank own and operate the RE/MAX brand in 36 countries worldwide, with approximately 2,450 operating offices and an agent count of more than 29,000, which equates to nearly 1/3 of the entire RE/MAX network.
