RE/MAX Connect broker/owner Dean Ramsden has expanded his franchise in central Wisconsin, and opened a third office location in Rome.

As a real estate professional for the past 30 years and resident of Rome for the past 13 years, Dean has seen firsthand the growth and real estate potential in Rome. With a new golf course open, Sand Valley is bringing in new clientele from the golfing community. The airport is being expanded to allow high-profile golfers better access and with that new buyers and sellers are entering the market.

“It’s a hot spot right now,” says Dean. “The entire state is talking about it and I think it’s a great time to enter the market to show Rome clients that the RE/MAX brand and RE/MAX Connect agents are top players in a desirable market.”

The new RE/MAX Connect office in Rome is in a brand new building shared with post-frame contractors M.P.B Builders and is situated between local real estate competition; First Weber on one side, Coldwell Banker on the other and Rome Realty down the road. Dean says, the more competition the better.

“The more competition means better service for our clients. Everyone will need to step up their game. As a RE/MAX company our agents have worldwide brand recognition, access to first-rate marketing, and a network like no other. I have no doubt that we will attract and wow our Rome area clients.”

Dean joined RE/MAX five years ago when he opened his flagship office in Wisconsin Rapids. His newest office in Rome is just 15 minutes away and will allow his agents to expand into a greater service area in central Wisconsin, covering Rome, Wisconsin Rapids, Adams, Plover, Stevens Point and beyond. The Rome location is his third new office within a year; Dean opened a Whitewater location in June 2018.

The new office opens May 1st, 2019 and is located at 335 HWY 13 S Nekoosa, WI and will office Dean, David Farmbrough and two new RE/MAX agents.
