Father/son team, Jim and Adam Purcell, are pleased to announce they have taken ownership of the four RE/MAX Realty 100 offices in Southeastern, Wisconsin. Located in Greenfield, Brookfield, Hales Corners and Menomonee Falls, the Purcell’s will transition from running a team within the brokerage to Broker/Owners and serve the 150+ agents at RE/MAX Realty 100.

Jim and Adam purchased the offices from the highly respected and long tenured Broker/Owner, Jeff Benson with whom they grew a strong working relationship with over the past five years.  Jim met Jeff when he joined RE/MAX Realty 100 as a team member with the Marciniak Team in 2015. In January 2018, Jim started his own team, Client First Realtors, that he now operates with Adam. Additionally, in 2019, Jim took on a leadership position at RE/MAX Realty 100 as a corporate staff member leading the training and recruiting efforts, allowing him to work closely with Jeff, Vice President of Operations, Kathy Martello and Gary Gerhardt, managing broker of the Brookfield office.

Jim and Adam are both entrepreneurial at heart and have considerable business experience. After serving in the Marines, Jim started his career in food distribution where he worked his way up in management, eventually starting his own large food distribution business and a small restaurant chain in Southeastern Wisconsin. While Jim liked the food business, his experience as a home builder always piqued his interest in real estate so he decided to make his passion his profession by joining RE/MAX Realty 100. Adam graduated from UW-Madison in 2008 and has been a business owner ever since, in addition to a successful 7-year corporate career. Starting a bakery with his mother, Adam simultaneously worked through the ranks in the marketing and product development divisions of two large Milwaukee corporations. Adam left his corporate career in 2015 to lead their growing small business until it was sold in 2019, at which time he turned to his long-term passion of real estate and started working with Jim on the Client First Realtors team.

Jim and Adam’s fast success in the real estate industry is founded upon delivering their clients with professional, responsive and detail-oriented service. They are passionate about high-quality client care, treating people with respect and operating with a high moral compass which will serve as their foundation in leading RE/MAX Realty 100 into the future. “This is a people business, and that is by far our most valuable asset. Jeff says he is pleased to pass the reins to Jim and Adam and will shift his focus to his new role on the leadership team. Additionally, Gary will stay on as an agent and Kathy will remain in her role as VP of Operations.
